Technically responsible for vision output of the studio, alternating on a weekly basis between Studio Engineer and Vision Control.
1st line administration, support and maintenance of Avid Unity MediaNetwork, including ingest, MXF30 storage, edit suites, playout and backup.
Qualified iNews administrator. Maintains and handles daily requirements for several itv daytime programmes.
Attend regular client forward planning meetings to suggest and implement solutions to specific technical requirements.
Technical Director for "Summer This Morning, 2005" specifying technical solution for and running a series of OBs from 18 different locations across GB.

1st line maintenance for 2 studios and all video, audio and data signal paths.
Provided medium term backfill for Technical Manager assigning rosters and handling day-to-day technical and staffing issues.

Provision of operational support to technical and newsroom staff on all technical equipment. This included IT administration; system administration of the iNews system and the NT4 / novell network.
